Merediths Orchard Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

Our Loyalty Program rewards customers for their continued patronage. Members earn points on eligible purchases that can be redeemed for discounts on future transactions.


By participating in the Merediths Orchard Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment

  • Enrollment is free and open to all customers
  • To enroll, simply visit our store and ask to join the Loyalty Program at the counter
  • Members will receive a free loyalty card upon registration
  • Members must present their loyalty card at the time of purchase to earn and redeem points
  • Only one loyalty account per person is permitted

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn 3 cents in loyalty credit for every dollar spent
  • Points are awarded on the total purchase amount including tax
  • All products are eligible for earning points
  • Points cannot be earned retroactively on past purchases
  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on wholesale transactions

4. Returns and Refunds

  • If a product is returned for a refund, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the member's account
  • If the member has already redeemed the points earned from a returned item, the point balance may become negative and must be restored before further redemptions can be made
  • Partial refunds will result in a proportional deduction of points

5. Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed at face value (e.g., $3 in points = $3 off your purchase)
  • Points may be used as soon as they are earned or saved for future use
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash
  • There is no minimum or maximum limit on point redemption per transaction
  • Points cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, coupons, or promotional offers

6. Point Expiration

  • Points will automatically expire 12 months from the date they are earned
  • It is the member's responsibility to track their point balance and expiration dates, as we do not provide expiration notifications
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Members are responsible for protecting their loyalty cards
  • A replacement card fee of $5.00 applies
  • We will transfer existing points to the replacement card upon verification of membership

8. Program Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time with or without notice
  • We reserve the right to change point earning rates, redemption values, and expiration terms at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
  • Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
  • We reserve the right to terminate membership for fraudulent activity or abuse of program benefits

9. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate any member's account at our discretion
  • Upon termination, all unused points will be forfeited
  • Members may voluntarily close their account at any time, forfeiting all unused points

10. General Terms

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Members are responsible for monitoring their point balance and expiration dates
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent earning or redeeming points
  • The Loyalty Program is currently available for in-store purchases only
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time

11. Privacy

Member information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not use your contact details to send marketing communications without your explicit consent. However, we may contact you regarding matters directly related to your loyalty membership, such as program updates or account-specific information. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
